The Nurse leader will have a matrix reporting structure to the CFO and CNO. The ideal candidate is an MSN with five years of Case Management, Discharge Planning, or Utilization Review in a health care setting, with three years of leadership experience in an acute care setting preferred. Experience with IQCI or IQ-CER would be a plus. Knowledge of regulatory compliance for discharge planning and clinical documentation experience is vital, and if you can showcase a background in those areas, you are golden!
